#SouperFriday is back!
It’s been a few weeks since our Soupers have shared wish us, but don’t worry, they’re back to their usual Friday lunch rituals.
This week Jaime is sharing her quick and easy, 2-minute, raw yellow pepper and corn soup!
That’s right, it’s raw! No cooking required.
You just need a blender and the following ingredients.
Jaime's 2 Minute Yellow Pepper & Corn Soup
Add to your blender;
- 1 Raw Yellow Pepper, seeds removed
- 1 Cup of Corn
- 2 tbsp Hot Water
- A Pinch of; Garlic Powder, Cumin, Salt, Pepper and Paprika
- Blend for 1 Minute or until smooth
